Your Questions, Answered.Is there a minimum age for riding?
Yes; the minimum age to ride is three years old, and they must ride double with someone at least 16 years old. Children six years old or older can ride single, but anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult on tour. Families with children 12 and under, please book your tour starting on the hour.
Is there a weight limit for riders?
Yes; the maximum weight limit for riders is 270 lbs. However, in wet conditions, the weight limit is lowered to 225 lbs.
What type of shoes should I wear?
Closed-toed, closed-heeled shoes are required for riding. Do not wear flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed/open-heeled shoes.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes and we highly recommend you call ahead to make your reservation as popular tour times fill up quickly.
